We sometimes had success with Opera where other browsers failed. Don't ask me why... Could be that your service processor card needs resetting or replacement. Normally its done by an IBM engineer.

You can try to go in the SMC during boot. There you can choose a different boot device. Check if you see your disk there... If not, you can boot from a CD or mksysb (nim) in maintenance mode. Normally you can still run your bosboot from there. I think you have to mount your rootvg for it.
