Good morning, I have just added an LSP at a Mexico location and have administered E1 DIOD Trunks. All is working with the exception of incoming Caller-ID (ANI). I am thinking that I am missing either a system-parameter or an option in the multifrequency-signaling form. Any advice would be...

Trunk Group, SIP or H.323 for CM to CMM Integration

I have used both SIP and H.323 with no issue, but it is my understanding that H.323 will not be an option in future releases. With this in mind, I have been using SIP integration exclusively.

    Echo on Centrex?

You could measure the line current on each of these lines. Average line current should run at about 35 milliamps. High line current can cause echo. If you find any of these lines running hot, you can ask the LEC to correct or purchase external line current attenuators to pad affected lines down.

    Dial-tone Timeout

Without going into great detail, there is an application in our industry that needs a longer duration of dial tone for it to work. This is on CM 5.2.1 and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Avaya Wireless IP 3626 Set (Polycom i640) 10 digit extension number

The 3626 will only accept a 7 digit extension number on the handset itself. Does anyone know if this is just the phones capability, or is there possibly a firmware...

    After Hours On-Call Solution

I need to come up with a solution for after hours support that will have 4 people sharing (rotating) the coverage on a weekly basis.
