Check the following: a. status of aes interface,link and cti in the Communcation Manager b. status cti-link no. And in the AES check to see if the CVLAN service is running and also the switch connection interface. Hope this may help.

I found out that in CM 4 there is new command "change button-restriction" wherein the AD re-labeling is restricted by default. Remove AD from the list and you will be able to esit button labels. Cheers! mwooks
