I will be installing a BCM next month. The system will have only 1 analogue C.O. line connected to it. Is there some way I can dial into the system and administer it remotely?
When I press the Directories button on my 7945 phone i cannot see the Local Directory, Local Speed Dial or Personal Speed Dial Option. Have looked on the internet for an answer but am struggling to find one. Any help would be appreciated.
System is a Cisco CME v8.5

Thanks for your help guys. It has been a strange one as it was all set correctly before. I ended up restoring it with a backup dbase and now it is all working. I'm still not sure why I was unable to place the trunks in a pool. Maybe the database got corrupted.
