Ok guys. The upgrade has completed but i'm still having the same problems that I had before... The BCM 50 goes to r3 but the callpilot and other services are not coming up and the cpu is at 100%. It also takes about 30 to reboot. Any ideas??

I spoke to someone from Nortel and that person just told me the same thing you guys are just telling me. The problem was that there were no license files available from the R2. The good news is that I emailed Nortel (ask@nortel.com) asking for a license file prior to the last upgrade and...
Hmmm... I see what you mean... What I do have is this:

The CDs that i'm using at this moment are the 1 to 3 upgrade.
Remember, that equipment was first conceived as a rel 1, then it was upgraded to 2 (like 18 to 20 months ago) and then upgraded to rel 3. Now, after being factory defaulted, it has gone back...
