    Good morning, I have an NX120 which I have a small issue with. One of our analogue ext' is going straight to the system attendant when you call it! Outgoing calls work fine. It is like it has a call forward or a DND set but I cant find where? Any suggestions! S

    Yes - I had this. In the network element then bottom drop down you can set to "Always On" This seemed to fix it. Have you tried to use NuPoint with Gamma Trunks? I am having issues with that too!!!!!

    I need a hand... I am currently using SIP on my IP500. I have a prefix of 9 to make a call using a SIP trunk, So each of my directory enteries are also prefixed with a 9. The only problem is the incomming number is not. so when a caller calls in it does not display the name!!! Any ideas??? Steve

    Just to note for the future.... I am using VoiceFlex for my SIP and I get that message when I should get a BT Message (eg. The number you have dialed has not been recognised) Anyone else seen this?
