If you are recording Digital Extensions now, you would have a NATI card. Analog requires an ALI card. It would also take a reconfiguration of the software to use the new card.
Sorry.

I have an Intuity Audix 5.1 system running, and want to use the Internet Messaging that is enabled on the system. What else do I need to get it to send messages to my end users?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Netechsys
In the next generation of Perform, Perform II, NAT will be supported. In the surrent versions, NAT is not supported, unless it is a one to one static NAT.

Hello all,
I am trying to setup the Internet messaging part of an Audix 5.1 system. It refers to 2 trusted servers being needed. Is there a way to send only outgoing messages through a SMTP server? I only want outbound messaging.
Any help would be great!
Thanks in advance!
With NICE there is a few ways to do this. There is the Agent ROD, like the Witness. There is also a few ways of recording these types of calls, but it depends on what type of logger you have.
If you have a Digital or Analog recorder, you can setup a phone to auto answer, and put a speed...
Ok, you do not need to stop the CLS to look, only change.
Going on the idea that you are using a Nortel:
If you look in the c:\NICECTI\INTEGRATION directory, you will see a few files. The ones you want to look at is the mapping and the devices files. If the mapping file, when you open it...
The question needs to be asked, what are you using the system for? Compliance or QA? What type of redundancy do you require, if any? What type of Switch / CTI / Solution are you looking at? Digital Extension, Trunk, Service Observation?
I ask these because the solutions are quite...
To back up the Media library, all you need to do is back up one directory from that machine.
C:\dat_lib
There is a backup that runs on the machine that backs it up to the dat_old directory, but if the hard drive fails...... If you backup dat_lib directory, your good.
Thats it. Just that...
I agree.. This has been a big pain since I started using it. As for the Supervision changing the time, it too is a pain, and only works from time to time. It seems that the newer version do not work that great, and I end up changing the time manually as well.
They have a solution for it...
Ok, Here are a few things that catch my attention..
The loggers are onthe 3rd floor, and the stations are on the 15th floor.. So, using riser pairs, I would estimate the cable runs to be about 175' at a minimum to go from the 3rd to the 15th floor. With the addidition of any routing and MDF's...
Correct, but if the supervisors want to use the Service Observation feature of the switch, you will get this same error. NICE has started offering, a while ago, a different recording method for this type of recording. Single Step Confrence. This does a confrence between the recording port to...
Ok, if it is a digital 8.8 Extension side logger, there are only a few items that could cause a LOS/NOS.
1. Stations are not connected to that port
2. Station is unpluged at the station side. (Digital signal needs to make round trip from the switch to the phone and back.)
3. Impediance adapter...
BarneyGumble1,
This is the correct process, but if you start the system right away, after stopping it, you will not cause any problems, other then having multiple calls at about the same time for the first hour.
There are 2 ways to change the time, depending on the version and setup you...
Ok, to use the Brother P-Touch printer, you need to reinstall the Brother software. The file I have is PTouch-2000. When installing it, make sure you install the PTouch Editor. Select the defaults, and make sure the port added is called the default (Like ptouch1:).
