trvlr1 - yes, we have tried all of those steps, no luck.
AJFrancis - it isn't one user that is having issues. it's any user that logs in on that phone. we have changed out the phone twice and checked all the cables/ports, etc.
whykap - we are using version 8
I should add, we have tried the following to correct the problem:
Replaced phone (twice)
Replaced all cords
Moved to a different cable
Moved to different port
Compared other mobility users programming
Has anyone had an issue with mobility extension causing a phone to reboot? We have 1 phone that will randomly reboot and it didn't start doig this until we set it up with mobility extension. We have tried everything we can think of to correct the problem, but no luck.
Anyone else have this...
Thanks for the quick reply. But where are you seeing the search/find option. I go into System Call Handler and select the one I want to update. Then I go to Edit Caller Input and select the number I want to edit. Once in there I go down to "user with a mailbox" and I only see a drop down...
I'm trying to edit caller input in my directory call handler (Cisco Unity). I'm trying to edit the "user with a mailbox" option and the user I want to select is not a choice. Is there something that has to be done so that all users will show up in this drop down menu?
Anyone?
