Hello,

I am trying to determine how to justify our PRC ( Project Review Committee). Initially it was said to be set up as a requirement for CMM and now the roles etc... seem to have grown and we need to be sure that we understand just what is required for Projects to be reviewed by managment.

if anyone can help advise how this was satisfied in other organizations, it would be great!
