Hi there

How do you set all inbound calls for groups to forward to an external number ie a cell phone?

members of this hunt group must have ticked on Forward huntgroup calls, that's in User/Forwading.

then you can forward calls with *07*N# and *01 to make forward uncoditional...

Also, if you are using analog trunks, make sure you have 'Allow Forwarding' ticked on for the trunks.

You can do it via incoming call route...

Create a shortcode with the externalnumber you wish to divert to, e.g
Shortcode : 1234
Telephonenumber : 012345678whatever
linegroup: your external line group
Feature : dial

In the incoming call route put this shortcode in the Fallback extension and then set the desired groups "Out of Service". All external calls of those groups will go to the shortcode.
Of course all lines can become busy pretty quicly...

Also, in system properties -> telephony, I believe "inhibit off-switch calls" needs to be unchecked.
