Been going throught the reports on report viewer. It appears there is not a report for total incoming/outgoing calls with iclid, did number, destination, etc. (same info you would see for an agent trace)

Is this correct? I don't see this provided by any reports. I would think this would be standard with call reporting software.

To those of you with report designer is it possible to make this report?

And lastly, I have been toying with the idea of buying the license for report designer, but is it worth it?

CCCv5, whenever it comes out, will include the ability to customize 3 reports without that licence.  If you can wait for v5, and if you can get by with only 3 customized reports...
