Hi,
we have BC9 too. Some people said that to reroute the call to the same PRI EDSS1 route, the patch is needed. Between such routes the calls is rerouted OK.

The description is not really clear. Do you mean incoming call will go out on the same route. Why don't you use ACD group without member.
1. ACGRI:GRP=XXXX,.......;

Then check if you have spare abb.

2. ADCOI:ABB=XXXX,TRA=72086,CLASS=0&&3;
3. CDINIIR=ACDGROUP,DIV=ABB;

The above setup is just sample for you to see and I am assuming this is what you need. The numbers I used are all sample and you can use your own numbering plan.

I´m not sure, but: MD in BC9 is normally rejecting direct rou-rou-traffic, if the rou is the same. If patchers solution does not work, try this: Devide your trunks in two different routes (same parameters) with overflow (cho=1) to each other. Then the Caller will leave the MD via the 2. route. This works.

lalrl, it's sounds reasonably. But in AXE-10 such things we do without any problem and without dividing to two routes. Quod licet Jovi, non licet bovi?
Who can explain the philosophy?

In order to make tromboning to work, the number in MD110 should be assigned as extensions,groups but not ABB or dest.

Hi, aau2,
I know the story but the patch number.

The story told one specialist in inet - as he was needed to reroute a call back to the same PRI EDSS1 interface and one kind man wrote the patch and debugged it, and the problem was solved. That's all, sorry.

Why pursue on a patch since there is a work around for sure. Also BC9 has Red package(multi divert).

multidivert is a patch in bc 7 and 8 as well as bc9, also controlled by aspac. see if you can do aspap, if you can't you haven't got it (192 in bc9, 190 in bc8, 185 in bc7). but there are issues and they may only work on no reply, dont have any further info to hand at the moment to check. maybe someone can give a clearer answer rather than this pointer.
