I have on phone that lights up the station lights when a call comes in- however it does not ring. I checked the obvious, the volume is not turned down or anything. When I try to change the ring style I can hear it on the phone, so I don't think there is a problem with the phone itself. Any ideas? When I used to use MAT for programming you could turn the ring on and off, I don't remember what the command was now.

If using MAT to program the phone double click the button PIC itself and turn on ringer. Or can go into programming and do the Following Command 9001 DE first data station number plus a comma and the key number DE et this to a 0 = no ring and 1 = ring.
Example is as follows, Station 2000 key number 01 turn ringer off.
9001>2000,01>0
