International Call

I have a Magix and use WinSPM to do basic programming.
We've been trying unsuccessfully to make an international call. I think we need to enter a "code" or "password" to make the call because we have done it in the past.

Any way to reset the "code/password"?

If the account code is in the Magix, you can print Auth Codes, and that should show you what you have now.

However, it may be on the Providers side.

This should do It

Pri under lines and trunks - otugoing table - special service table - entry 0 (011) should be changed to a three
(digits to delete)
If you do a print out of your pri setup you will see where the problem is clear as day
