Rapartee Toll Fraud issues

Hi,

We have a Definity Si system using a Rapartee Voice Mail system, recently we found lots of international number dialled out of our business hours.

We have been through all restictions and can not verify how the hacker was able to dial out via the Voicemail sytem.All we have is a recording of the hacker typing digits rapidly.

Please help !

change the cor of the voicemail ports to one eith a low FRL so they cant dial out or at least restrict them from international

Also look at the trunk to trunk transfer. It should be set to "NO" or none.

Most voice mail systems need to have the voice mail ports on the definity set to "switch hook flash" "yes" , but if the repartee doesn't need this, then put it to "no". Also put "pulse digits" "no". Are the calls going to voice mail going thru a vector?
