GroupShield Resolve Names Utility don't work...Helpful Member!

I'm in trouble with Resolve Names Utility for GroupShield: it doesn't identify sender and recipient of quarantined attachments. Standard solutions provided in McAfee's site don't work. I wrote many times to tech support, but nobody answered me! Please, can anybody help me?

Did you setup your quarantine folder as a database or a directory?  The Names Resolver only works with the database option.

Thank you, but I founded the solution: it was a dot! See my post 5/30/01.

The solution is described in my post titled "GroupShield Resolve Names Utility" posted 05/30.
Your name is an italian name: are you italian? It's better for me to speak in italian!

Sorry but I can find your post titled groupshield resolve name utility.
Can you write again

Resolve Names Utility works if the Replaced attachment text (in the Notification tab) contains at least one dot (.) in any position after the ticket number.
If there is no dot after the ticket number, Resolve Names Utility runs but don't fill "Location", "Sender" and "Owner" columns in Quarantine database.

EXAMPLES:

IT WORKS:
<ticket>.
<ticket> hallo.bill

IT DOESN'T WORK:
<ticket>
<ticket> good year
