How do i give a user or a group of users access to only one directory or folder?

Create the group, add the users you want to it, and right click over the folder you want to share, go to properties,security,click ADD,and add the group you created...

Sorry, you will need to create a share to that folder also...if networked
and add that group to the permissions...of that share

what i say do from experience is create the users right click the folder select security uncheck the check box near the bottom of the dialog box which states inherite permissions from parent when it prompts u select delet and add only the people or groups u want to have access click ok and your all done
