If you forwarded ports 10-5631 you do not have to forward port 80 again.

Do this instead of port forwarding:

Get the newest firmware version of your router and install it.  Then:

1. Enable uPnP on the router, and on your workstation.
2. Download Directx Version 9.0a
3. Download the newest version of Messenger

Done.

Also, as I replied in your other post, turn off 'Block WAN request'.

actually, i take that back...
after a long online chat w/ Roadrunner again
i found out that they DO BLOCK port 80
in central florida due to high volume users......

now what?? what is an "Unused/free" port i can use
to forward ??
I might use a POrt Relay service like one from
TZO.com
to do this only about $50 a year unless anyone has other alternatives ??
thanks Guys

Go here: http://www.dslwebserver.com, pick the Step by Step link on the left and read the Meta Articles about running on different ports.  8080 is a common alternative to 80

Port 80 in-bound is commonly blocked, a result of the Code Red problem.

But NetMeeting will work without in-bound port 80.  Please try my earlier suggestions, and this may also help:
