I have 2 questions regarding Optivity NMS. 1. Is there a way to add NON-Nortel mibs into the application so that more info can be captured from NON-Nortel equipment or applications that are SNMP aware? 2. How can I generate reports for a time period from my ASN or BPS-2000? (or Cisco Gear)

Q1, There is a batch file for unsupported devices, if using Windows goto C:\Optivity\NMS\unsupported and run addvendorid.bat. You'll need to enter the vendor id for the unspported device, this is normally the first six values in the MAC address.
