NT 4.0 System Error 67, Replicator

I have a development system consisting of an app and database server. I am getting the system error 67 in the event log and am unable to discern what it means. The event ID is 3216, and source is Replicator. Anyone have any ideas? Please.

Error 67 is "The Network Name cannot be found".
Check to see how Replication is setup on the PDC and verify it is not trying to Replicate to a Server that no longer exists.
