What type of problem do you have and what version of OTM do you have?  We have had to install many patches to our OTM v1.1 software.

What kind of problems are you having. Costing, collecting data? I worked for MDR the designers of TBS. Let me know if I can help.

I think the main issue was figuring out if data could be stored to a PCMCIA card within the PBX. Some say you must use a Buffer Box and some say the card works.

I am using OTM 2.0, and using the Data Buffering and Access to pull in the call records.

I would like to be able to use the PCMCIA card if possible because we have multiple Meridains, and would not want to put a buffer box on each one.

Thanks

Why don't you IP enable the Elan side of the Meridian, this way you don't need to buffer any data, it will be streamed to the OTM server for each call record.
