Hi,

We fired 3 people in the company and these people change the Voice Mail password access ... and they don“t remember the new password. How can I change the password or reset the password to a default?

first excuses my english
before try the defaut password (adminpwd)
if not try this  to reset the password
you must have a tape drive to connect it to Mmail.

1- insert the install/data tape into the tape drive prior to
performing procedures
2- reset the meridian mail
3- the system will reboot  and  after 5 to 10 mn you will have a menu
4 choose the more utilities choice
5- you will find somewwhere an option ( change to defaut system password)
and the password will be reset to the deafult:
adminpwd

i hope that  help you
