Where in the world do Tek-Tips members come from?

Option 11C call forwarded off switch, go to voicemail if gets a busy.

Problem: 2616 call forwarded off switch to POTS line. If line is busy, I need the call to go to voicemail. Would also like it to go to voicemail if ring, no answer after 4 rings if POTS line is not answered.

Make sure you have SFA turned on in the class of service also set the hta and fna and if you are useing marp set that for the pots line

Ipp,
The problem that you are going to have is that once the Meridian has performed a Trunk to Trunk transfer, you loose all call control. There really isn't a way of doing what you want to do in this situation.

What you *might* be able to do if you have PRI service from you LEC/CLEC on your Meridian, and call forwarding at the remote location, is CFW the phone to your MMail DID, program the CLID of the remote phone as an alternate mailbox number. You may be able to get that to match up in voice mail or a VSDN table.
