Hotfixes for ePolicy 2?

Can someone tell me where to find the Hotfixes for ePolicy Orchestra v2?
We're having problems with ePolicy Agent on certain Win95/98 clients ("naimas32.exe" errors)and apparently Hotfix 5 and above resolves the issues.
However, for the life of me I can't find them anywhere on NAI's website.
NAI e-mail support are next to useless when it comes to responses - anyone offer any help?

You'll need to log a call with the technical support group and they'll send you the hotfix. It's not available for download.

I have epo 2.5. We get NAIMAS32.EXE errors in Windows 9x, service 'terminates with unexpected error' on Win NT / 2000. Happening on 70 PCs out of 1300, for no apparent reason. PC which run O.K. suddenly start failing this way, or may fail from a new install!. Re-installing agent makes no difference.

NAI UK tell me there is NO HOTFIX for EPO 2.5 (two point five).

Can anyone tell me if there is a HOTFIX for this problem on 2.5 and where to get it. From the forum, I can see I am not the only one with this issue.
