Cannot RUN RMC 2

Hi Guys we are using Micros RMC in a domain network where the Domain controller is located in another city,we have a problem to connect users on RMC from their clients workstations when the link with the controller is down because the users they are not authenticated any more on AD and we are getting the error below:

Please advise ASAP.

Are your users authenticated via a AD Group that is in the Administrators group on the Micros server?

Also, I have seen a few issues on RMC Client installs if the most recent RMC client update isn't done. If need be try reinstalling it and install it "Run As" administrator.

Does the EMC Client work correctly?

When the yellow link is down we are getting the error that i described above.

This is only happening when the connection to the Server-PT Domain Controller is down, correct?

Can you run EMC and RMC locally?

yes,i can run rmc et emc just from the micros server but not from other local clients.

Seems to be an issue with Cached credentials. If a user is logged in and the link goes down, can the user still sign into EMC/RMC?

Create a new domain controller on the side of the insects connection (same side with micros). The domain controller would be a secondary and can be read only to the main one on the other side of the vpn.

I think I have documentation for this , usually happens when your are on Domain.
Let me know is not yet able to get it working ,I foreword the Documentation
