Hi Guys,
I am in a similar position to setup a survey.
Reading the referenced thread, Gunnaro had a method to have the survey results emailed without dealing with a DB.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Open DB] ->
Menu-action, Prompt 1, 5 choices + replay -> DB Execute 1, Insert $KEY->
Menu-action, Prompt 2, 5 choices + replay -> DB Execute 2, Insert $KEY->
Menu-action, Prompt 3, 5 choices + replay -> DB Execute 2, Insert $KEY->
etc, etc,
[Close DB]
Than a "thank you, and good bye" prompt.
You can also put this in an email, and skip the data base completely.
Put in a Generic-action, with $CPxx instead of the DB Execute, and put all
the CP's in an mail with the questions for each of them.
Q1 "How would you rate the agent?: $CP1
Q2 "How well did the agent know the product?: $CP2
etc, etc,
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm a bit confused when trying to setup a module to do what is mentioned above.
I wanted to see if any others have any other creative ideas for post call surveys.
