Embedded Voicemail Copy is cutting off message

IPO in Essential Edition on R9.1 SP4. It happens to every user on the system. When they try to copy a voicemail left on their extension to another extension it cuts off almost immediately. Today we tried reformatting and recreating the SD card, but that dint work either. After I did that I remembered something a while back about someone having this problem, but I thought it was back on R9 and got fixed. The work around is to pre-record a message before the message is copied. If you choose the pre-record something the message goes through every time.

Anyone else experience this or know if a patch had been release or something?

so, is this still an Avaya bug? Can anyone else test this and tell me if its happening on their system?

Still not fixed. You can try adding VM_TRUNCATE_TIME=0 to the NOUSER source number. In some cases I have heard it helps. Some people have had luck with 1 or 2 as the setting. It is related to which international version you have. I lost a client because they demanded I fix the bug and nothing helped. It's nothing Avaya is in a hurry to fix. It is still a problem in 9.1.

I'm only aware of it on 1 system and have suggested the customer upgrade to voice mail pro; still waiting for their decision.
