Micros 3700 Changes Receipt Print design

Hello,

I am trying to change the design/format of the receipt which is printed for an order but cannot find where to change it in POS Configurator. I wanna change the Cafe name, information that is on the receipt and other information. Any suggestions where can I do that and also is there any way I can view the format without printing an order? Please look at the receipt below.

Receipt info is in POSCONFIG, Descriptors, Headers (and Trailers)
If you want to add more lines or get in depth with whats printing a sim works best.
