Make Set Busy in Hunt Group

I added a Make Set Busy button to our Avaya 1100/1200 series sets thinking that when the MSB was activated, it would cause the hunt group (LHK 3) to bypass that member of the hunt group. It isn't working. Any suggestions? Is there any way to put a set in a busy state so that the hunt group rolls past it?
LHK 3
Key 0: 0021 MARP
Key 1: 0022
Key 2: 2561
Key 3: 3564

DNs on keys 1-3 are MARPED on other sets. If 0022 is out of the office, how do I get calls to continue past 0022?

Have you read the Feature Guide on how this works? There is a Group Hunt Deactivation Key that may do the trick.

CREATE FFC CODES:
GHTD (example #55)
,
GHTA (*55)

while leaving the office you just dial that GHTD followed by the PLDN of that group and the phone will be bypassed .After return dial GHTA followed by the PLDN
