This post does not apply to my fellow Avaya Certified Business Partners and Technicians.
We are an Avaya Business Partner.
Our company was an early adaptor of the Avaya IP Office - since R1.0.(Back then Mark M. knew a good pint but didn't know what a 40 was...)
For close to 10 years we have continued to invest numerous man hours and uncollected revenue in developing and debugging this product.
There are numerous Business Partners similar to us who also invest heavily in the product with the same incalculable man hours.
Many of us utilize this site to communicate findings to our peers and help each other out.
With that said...
If you are an end user and wish to take advantage of the Brain Share afforded to you by the generous members of this site,
here is the best way to pay it forward.
1. Purchase Your Equipment from a Certified Avaya Business Partner - a real live sales person in your area. Not over the internet/gray market
2. Engage and contract with a local Avaya Business Partner near your place of business to install and maintain your system.
3. Use Tek-Tips in a manner to enhance or maintain your system. NOT to suck the lifeblood from Business Partners. We owe you nothing.
Respectfully - Timothy Moore - Avaya Business Partner
