Operator phone will display no party to connect and not allow call to be transferred to vm. Call can be transferred just not f986.
I've swapped phones, ports, added another phone.vm ports are not used up.

Did you try giving more Intercom paths to the phone?

Add more intercom keys to that set as needed.

I've added intercom paths I've had 4-6 intercom paths on phone same issue exists. I set lines to ring only put 6 int. paths on phone every time I pushed vm transfer it would put call on hold grab a intercom path and transfer nothing??? It's only ext with lines assigned. They have 10 analog lines only

sounds like your button has lost the feature 986 program. Try feature *0 and see.

It hasn't. I release the call and the next call in can be transferred to vm. It's only when I have multiple calls ringing in. I thought it may have been caused by all the lines being assigned to the phone. 10 analog lines but why would it say (no party to connect) I can transfer the call to the ext just no vm trans

I am dial ext. but as soon as I hit f986 or a preprogrammed button it says (no party to connect) and call goes on hold

There was patches for this similar issue if I recall but unsure of which release.
Check your last patch to see if its the latest
Try a reboot
Make sure your vmail ports are not all in use
Check for bad caps on the BFT

Outta ammo!

I have seen this happen when the customer has SWCA buttons programmed with auto hold assigned.
Thus prevents calls being transferred to voicemail and puts them on hold against a SWCA button.

Check SWCA has not been assigned to hold on intercom calls.
