Where in the world do Tek-Tips members come from?

Callpilot 150 not passing DTMF tones through AA Helpful Member!(2)

Does anyone know if the Callpilot 150 2.10.02.00 has a problem with passing DTMF while callers are in auto attendant i am having to reset voicemail frequently to clear up problem will taking it to 3.1 solve my problem?? any help is greatly apreciated

I think there was a DTMF issue somewhere down the line.

You should go to 3.1 indeed.

There was something called a DSP patch. I used it once for a callpilot 100 that had the same problem. I read in a release form one time that the callpilot with pots lines was prone to this happening. The system that this happened to was on pots broken out from a T1. The patch took a couple of seconds to apply. It did fix the problem. I don't know how succesful you would be on finding the DSP patch, as it has been quite sometime. Your only alternative might be to upgrade 3.1 like curlycord stated.

Yeah that's the one...DSP, A7 and A8 or something like that and eventually not required to use those patches any longer after 3.0. and up.
