CICS 7.0, call pilot 100 Rls unknown.
Have a doctors office using call pilot for after hours notification.
Dr A. wants to go on vacation if I forward the calls to Dr. B
the call rings then reverts to Dr. A's voice mail.
whats the easiest way to have Dr A's calls covered by Dr. B

-Use ALT greeting and choose the Do Not leave a message option, record vacation greeting explaining what ext/# to us instead.

-Put in an Answer DN ket on B's phone to answer A, make sure B's vmail beats A's vmail by way of CFNA ring count.

Just the top one I gave is user, its done in user A's mailbox.

Another thought is you can change the target attendant to be Doctor B, then Dr A to record for on call doctor dial 0.

Or

In F983 change the ext:XXX under the mailboxes

what about changing dr. a's msg and the destination number for notification (make it like dr. b) then change it when A gets back. the hardest part is the notification number.
