Site would like to have callers routed back to skillset CDN by dial '0'. tried programing in CallPilot but would not take the CDN. They want all callers to go back to the que and not the front desk.

Have you tried going to Overflow Under Skillset or:
Intelligent Overflow Routing
Intelligent Overflow Routing uses routing rules you create to overflow, change the priority
of, and move calls to multiple skillsets, a skillset mailbox, an internal or external number,
a mailbox, a CCR Tree, the Automated Attendant or an operator.

I have a CCR tree built with the AA. works great the CallCenter has a path and works great. they want everyone that hears the home menu and dials '0' or just sits there to be directed to the CDN.

Have you tried putting the CDN as the operator (ATDT) in the table the lines ring in on?

If it does not work under tables then go into F982 and set it there as the system attendant.
