I have an IP Office 500 with 8.44 and 9508 phones. All phones have Huntgroup button (200). Is there a way that if someone answer a call and place it on hold it will lights up the Huntgroup button on all the phones so someone else can press the Huntgroup button to answer the call that is on hold. I know the Park key will work, i am just trying to make it simple for the users. Thanks in advance.

A call on hold at a user will not blink the group button!
You will need to park it if other users need to see it.

you really have two choices:

1) create park button(s) visible on the desired phones and park the call rather than putting it on hold.
Pros: easy, least number of button presses, you can page/yell at people to tell them which call to pick up assuming there's multiple park slots.
Cons: requires one button per park slot, no priority visible eg. longest waiting call)

2) create a group button for a "holding pool" HG, and transfer the call to the HG (you can create a dial HG ext button to ease transfer if desired, e.g. person hits transfer then the dialHG button to transfer the call.
Pros: still pretty easy, hitting the group button pulls the longest waiting all
Cons: requires two buttons. more button presses than parking calls even if you build the dialHG button.
