SendObject to PDF (acFormatPDF) is creating only the first page of report

I have created a new report in an A2007 db, the report is fine when i print it. Part of the process is to export it via SendObject to PDF and email it out. The first page looks fine, but the second page of the PDF is displaying 1 record with #Error in all the fields.....but when I print it from the reports menu its fine.

I have tested further and have noticed that thru the scheduler the PDF is not being created correctly, BUT when run interactively with the app open, it works fine. The email and PDF are created perfectly. Very strange.
