Hi all,

I have 2 external lines that come into the KX-TDA15 on a 2 port analogue trunk card.

One line is a box office line and the other is a general administraton line.

I want to be able to direct line 1 (Box office line) to the box office phone (which is extension 23) and I seem to have achived this happening however I want to be able to pick the call up from any digital phone (so if someone sees the line light flashing then they can press it and pick up the call) however if someone rings in external then ext23 will ring but if any of the other phones try and pick the call up it comes up 'line busy'

Can I change this using the maintenance console?

Next Problem...

The admin line (which is line 2 on the trunk card) I want to be able to ring 2 phones, ext20 and ext21. I set up a ringing group on number 601 and then directed the trunk card to that number, but it only seems to ring phone 21, what am I doing wrong? (Does it matter that phone 20 is the administraton number for the PBX?)

you need to dil the line to a set as a ring group and put all extensions in it, but have only ext 23 ring immediate and the rest set to no ring.

If you have set it to dil 601, then the both should ring if the group is set as ring and both are set to immediate.
No, 20 being admin phone has no affect
