Assign target lines to the set with appearances as required.

If you have no idea what I said then best you call a tech in to program.

If you can be a little more specific I would appreciate the assistance. I am a technician and am familiar with the basic programming and believe it or not I programmed the DID's that are on the system now. I had a stroke 3 years ago and have some difficulty remembering the areas to go to to program. It may come back to me but just needed a little direction.
I know how to go in the programming and maneuver around so you can skip that part and tell me the areas such as stations or trunks or both.

I appreciate any help.

Look under Terminals & Sets - Line Access - Line Assignment. Unassign the target line from the current extension and then assign to the new extension.

Target lines start at 157
One you assign the target then SHOW again and add as many appearances as needed
i.e give reception 4 or 5 on mid size system.

You may want to go under Lines and change the Prime set as well to equal the set you assigned.

To build upon curlycord...

Each taget line is assigned to ring, A&R or APP just as loop lines in the terminal & sets programming field. To find what target line a particular DID is assoiciated with, look at the DN and see what target line is assigned to it.

Each DID is assigned in the system as a received number within a particular target line, and that target line is then assigned to a prime set under that individual target line.
