Two call appearance buttons programmed for extns in user right.

Voice mail user rights applied.

Scenario: Ext 201, press 1st CA which is 201, next dial 201, shouldn't the next CA ring?

My result is call is going to voice mail collect, please enter extn #, password...,

Is this the correct behavior or an incorrect behavior?

If "reserve last CA" is enabled the it is correct, if not then it should show the 2nd call on the button.

When you don't and you have two calls then you cannot transfer.

Ask why you would ring your extension from your extension?

Hi MattKnight, just testing in lab, needed to know.

It worked this way prior with no vioce mail,after some programming changes, this is now the behavior. Needed to Know! Certianly no one will Fairly new to IPO , old nortel guy.
BTW Rls 7.0 32 / VMPRO Rls 7.0.35.

in mind the abound of calls ringing on the phone plus one CA and the reserve the last one.
