Hello,

I have recently set up a phone line, and it is unable to dial out. Pressing '9' shows "denied in admin". No other phones in the building have this issue, and when looking under the main phone, there is no option for "line access" or "line pool". Any help would be appreciated, no one here knows much about phones either.

Thank you!

The phone does not have access to the line pool that 9 is assigned to.
