Got a customer that has 3 Norstar Polycom conference devices that when unplugged and plugged back into the system will either take a long time to start working or doesn't work at all. I brought a test MICS with me and all three come right up on the system. The customer has reset the phone system (via power) and still has the problem. The equipment is a MICS with 7.0 software. Any ideas?

Could be anything, try them right at their KSU and not the jacks.

The customer tried it at the KSU and they don't work there.

So its down to KSU or software.
Is it near maxed out?
Are they testing on the KSU or 0X16?.
