Hotline on a CM 6X Issue with Hold, Transfer

Hello All;

So we build a 2500 set and add the hotline destination. It rings on a digital phone. When the call is answered on the digital phone, the user cannot place the call on hold, transfer the call, nor conference the call. I've found something about service protection mode for hotlines but this looks to be for 1120 and 1140 IP type phones. Has anyone run into this?

Hi tciotti2003,
Did you solve this problem.
Recently, I installed the CM6.2 and I'm facing with same issue.
When a hotline station calls its destination and it is answered by digital phone, I cannot hold, transfer or conference this call.

Do you have any solution?
Anyone?

Regards
Pawel
