RDS auto resizing wallpaper

Hi,

I am sure this is something nice and easy, but for the life of me I cannot find a solution.

We have an RDS solution whereby users remotely connect from a number of different devices so the screen resolution varies. I would ideally like to design a wallpaper that dynamically changes depending on the screen size. Typically this is easy if its an image or if the words are located in the top left corner, unfortunately our image and wording sits in the bottom right.

Any advice most welcome.
