Hello everyone! I am kind of new to this IP Office phone system. I have an IP Office 500 V2 running R6.1.(22) and it keeps rebooting once a month in the middle of the day. My question is can I upgrade to higher RLS like 8.1 at no charge? If not 8.1 then how high could I go at no charge? Any help would be great! Thank you. Mark

6.1.22 is the highest version of 6.1
Any upgrade will cost money.

The upgrade charge isn't that expensive though, so if your system is continually rebooting it would be worth while. I remember a few clients with R6.1 that had the same issue. It was addressed in a tech bulletin. I believe it had something to do with the SD card that was causing it, but once I upgraded them to R7 the reboots stopped. Obvioulsy now, you could go to either R8 or R8.1.
