Anyone in the UK able to give me some advise on the best place to advertise for a new engineer. We would be looking for someone with 1-2 years experience (ideally) as they need to be able to come in and work a rota where they may have no immediate backup (ie if they get a call at 3am whilst on call).

Any ideas much appreciated.

Thats open to negotiation depending on how good/bad the person is.

Plus the oncall payment would be on top of any agreed salary.

There are lots of UK guys on here, so location would be a good start!!

TTR Recruitment specalise in Telecoms. Ed and Gary are good blokes and most engineers will have had thier CV with them at some point in thier career. I know I have!!
