Hello -

I was wondering how to go about enabling Web Access on all phones on my Call Manager 8.6? I'm looking in the Bulk Admin area and can't seem to find where to change Web Access. The default was set as disabled. Thanks

You will do it by selecting the phone type you want to edit instead of the DN.

bulk admin tool
phones
update phones
query

Enter the phone type you want to edit and find

Check the web accss button and enable web access

Run the job and let it reset all phones
