thread782-1617958: Event Viewer Errors, can't view servers, and other problems

so on the 4th of July we get paged that no reports are going out. saw in event viewer this error.

Source: BusinessObjects_jobserver
Name: JobServer Pipe Errors
Description: Subprocess (Job Server Child) could not be started. Reason: newIJob():: Couldn't get IJob interface or writing IAudit: Pipe exception. Reason: jobserverchild (CrystalEnterprise.Report, 0, PipeListener: timed out reading from pipe: No error .

after a reboot the reports have been going out on time with no issue but we are still seeing this error. I reference a thread about this made in 2010 but no replies were made to it. SO i am hoping that somebody has a suggestion. I tried SAP but that went nowhere.
