I have a ROLM 9751 model 10 that keeps loosing the ACD repq every night. The system does not have enhanced ACD reports enabled. This just started happening after a complete power outage. Any idea's

THERE HAS TO BE REPQ ON THE HD IN ORDER FOR THE ACD REPQ TO SURVIVE A RELOAD, IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR SWITCH IS RELOADING INSTEAD OF RESTARTING AT MIDNIGHT
