Hi

We have a scenario where we process incoming calls. Depending on campaign, the same team of CCR Agents, will handle the call in the same manner other than we need to identify the DDI/number dialed so that the call can be correctly allocated to the correct campaign. Our supplier setup multiple queues/huntgroups with each containing the same agent list. While this does show the huntgroup name on the phone and we can pick up the huntgroup via TAPI, it really screws up the wallboard stats and the CCR monitor, ... Is there an alternative to this method?

Thanks!

Sure, just use 1 group and use the Tag on incoming call route smile

Thanks, I assume I can get that via TAPI as well?

I dont think you see the TAG in TAPI only the huntgroup number.
