Design questions sometimes better to ask DECTR4 and CCR

I am working with a customer who has the following requirements has anyone deployed this or know if it can be done.
1. Can DECT R4 the IP version fail over to a second system Failover. In the dect manual it talks about the R in display saying it fails over but that’s all I can find.

2. Can DECT R4 IP version be used as a call centre agent with CCR?

Thats all for now thanks in advance :)

cheers

IP DECT failover is not possible and a CCR agent can be deployed on any type of phone but I strongly advise you to use wired system phones.

If it ain't dutch it ain't much

You sound like a women smile they don't like to see wires either.
dect is just flexible enough for a call center phone.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
